Agreement

Payment of the parking/advertising fee is due in full at the time the vehicle is parked on the lot.

The customer agrees to abide by all ParkPlaceTX.net rules and policies while her/his vehicle is on the lot. The customer agrees to remove the vehicle identified above by midnight on the night of the expiration date or renew this agreement with ParkPlaceTX.net.

ParkPlaceTX.net  reserves the right to refuse initial or renewal agreement with any customer for any reason. If the vehicle remains on the ParkPlaceTX.net  lot 48 hours beyond the expiration date and time, it will be towed at owner’s expense.

This agreement covers one space for the aforementioned vehicle ONLY and no other vehicle may be substituted at any time on the lot. Assignment of this agreement to another party or vehicle is strictly prohibited. Sale and removal of vehicle (for 48 hours) terminates this agreement, even if time remains on the agreement. Customer agrees to notify ParkPlaceTX.net  when removing vehicle from lot.

No refunds shall be issued for unused portion of agreement period.

Without exception, all vehicles will display a “For Sale by Owner”  sign with owners contact information.

Vehicle sales and negotiations with buyers are strictly between private parties. ParkPlaceTX.net shall have no involvement or liability in sale of the vehicle. Any and all signage for sale of vehicle is the responsibility of the seller of that vehicle.

By placing this order, you have read and understood ParkPlaceTX.net legal disclaimer. You agree to the terms of this agreement with ParkPlaceTX.net and all of its provisions.

ParkPlaceTX.net is not responsible for vandalism, theft, or damage to vehicle.
